Job Title: Director – Marketing

Job Summary

  • The job holder is responsible to have a demonstrated passion for brand building and creativity. An extroverted disposition capable of driving bold, engaging communications across all platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills critical for energizing corporate events, and interfacing with stakeholders and media.
  • Strong acumen in research to continuously identify trends, generate fresh ideas, and translate insights into actionable campaigns, new products and services.
  • Expertise in content development and storytelling to lead scriptwriting and narrative crafting across diverse touchpoints.
  • Commitment to truth, professionalism, and emotional stability for an empathetic and resilient team building.

Required Education and Experience: Master’s/Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Management, Business Administration or related field, with 8/10 years of experience of which four (4) years should be at Managerial position.

Job Title: Manager  – Brand Management & Communication

Job Summary:

  • The Manager is responsible in developing and implementing brand positioning strategies aligned with the Bank’s values and long-term goals,
  • Ensuring consistency across all visual and verbal brand expressions, including campaigns, signage, and digital platforms.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and community stakeholders.
  • Overseeing the creation of high-impact content for social media, website, internal communications, and executive messaging.
  • Designing and executing integrated communication plans for major events, milestones, and product launches.
  • Inspiring and guiding a team of creatives, writers, and PR specialists.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the division.

Required Education and Experience: Master’s/ Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Management, Business Administration or related field, with 6/8 years of experience of which two (2) years should be at senior position.

Job Title: Branch Manager  – Grade – 1

Job Summary: The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters. He/she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He/she identifies and recruits potential customers and provides professional advice and others.

Required Education and Experience: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or other business related field of study with 6 years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which two (2) years in supervisory position.

  • Kebri Dahar Branch Under Dire Dawa district
  • Melkarefu (IFB Branch, Under Dire Dawa district
  • Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale.
