The customer shall always maintain a minimum deposit amount of Birr 500.00 (Five Hundred) unless she/he returned the Box.
He/ She shall request a box with a minimum deposit amount balance Birr 200 (Two Hundred) to get Muday Box from the bank/ branch.
The box will be locked using dual keys one of which is kept in the Hands of the Branch manager or bank’s agent if the agent is delegated by the branch while the other one will be kept at the account holder.
