Abay Bank in collaboration with the Federal Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission organized a comprehensive awareness-building training session to the Bank’s Management today at Inter Luxury Hotel.
In his opening remark, Yehuala Gessesse, CEO of the Bank, underscored the importance of the training toward the Bank’s effort to institutionalize ethical governance, foster transparency, mitigate risks associated with malpractice, reinforce workplace discipline and building the culture of accountability among employees.
The two days training session is organized under the theme, “Ethical Leadership for the Success of Institutional Mission”.

The Bank will continue organizing similar training programs, discussion forums and workshops in collaboration with the commission to instill ethical professionalism among its employee.
